Answer: “After we have received the documents, our tax expert will prepare the required tax report.”
Question 2 – “Should I sign the tax report before sending it in?”
Answer: You can choose if completed tax return must be mailed to you for signing and returning to our tax specialist who will submit it, or if you want to give him the authority to send your tax return directly on your behalf.
Question 3 – “Will I receive a copy of the tax report from BestinSpain?”
Answer: Yes, a copy of the tax report will be sent to you via email.
Question 4 – “What should be reported in the Spanish tax return?”
Answer: In the tax report normally reports values about property in Spain and any rental income.
Question 5 – “If I have debt on the property and pay interest on the debt, this should be taken into the Spanish tax report?”
Answer: For Norwegians or clients from the EU ; No, this will not be taken into the Spanish tax report unless you are presenting “wealth tax” (multiple properties and / or property with a net value of euro 700,000, -) (November 2012).
Question 6 – “If I have income for the rental of the property, shall this be reported aswell?”
Answer: – If you report rental income on the property it must be attached Lease (s) and rental income for the year.
