It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00 But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this beautiful and modern two bedroom apartment located in Los Naranjos, with walking distance to Puerto Banus and 5 min drive to the beach, it’s a great place for couples, families or friends traveling together! The property has a modern redecoration, providing guest comfort and fresh accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and exit to a smaller balcony. The other bedroom contains a double bed with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms and the living room has a ceiling fan. The living room leads to the first terrace and upstairs you have the roof top terrace for dining and BBQ. From this terrace you have beautiful views facing towards the gardens and communal pool and mountains. Within the complex there is pool and a supermarket (Mercadona) as well some cafes and restaurants. There is parking on the street outside and public transport (bus) a few minutes walk away. It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility since it is located on the second floor with no elevator. Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
