One bedroom offers a king-size bed while the second and third bedrooms have two single beds in each. The master bedroom boasts lovely views directly out towards the Mediterranean Sea. Directly from the lounge one can walk out onto the large terrace which is covered to provide plenty of shade from the summer sun. On the spacious terrace there is more comfortable furniture, some sun beds and also a dining table with chairs for alfresco dining beside the sea. There is also secure parking downstairs for one car with access via a remote control. Horizon Beach has been finished to a high standard throughout the buildings which is even apparent right through to the lifts and even the finishing in the car park. Horizon Beach is a new modern beach front urbanisation that stands out from the rest. It is a superb highly stylish modern construction and was completed in September 2015. There are 34 apartments surrounding a beautiful central swimming pool with well kept lawns. The urbanisation has been carefully planted with many varieties of well established beautiful Mediterranean plants and shrubs. There is access down to a seafront walkway which allows you to stroll all the way along the coast. A 10-15 minute walk will bring you to the La Sal restaurant which is a really cool place to stop for lunch or evening dinner and drinks with great views out across the bay. Sun beds are also possible to rent from this little beach. From this point the sandy beach widens more and more and after fifteen minutes you will have reached the traditional Spanish town of Sabinillas. Al little further on and the town merges with Duquesa where you will find the sports marina with many boats available for hire. There are many restaurants and bars in this area too. A great Location!
