It is located very near to Estepona marina, only a five minute walk with its restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Two beaches - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo are within a seven minute walk. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony plus a twin bedroom which uses the family shower room. The contemporary styled lounge/diner has comfortable seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with a high speed fibre optic connection plus full British TV including Sky and several international channels. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing balcony through sliding patio-style doors. On the balcony, with its partial views towards the harbour, you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four, with an umbrella for shade, along with two sun loungers. The kitchen has all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools and it only offers street parking around the urbanisation. All in all, a very comfortable property near to everything that you could require for your family holiday in Estepona! This modern apartment is located in the popular Puerto Alto Estepona apartment complex, just a five minutes walk to Estepona port, with its abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Head to Reinaldo’s bar for its people watching and happy hour. There are two beaches (Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo) within a seven minute walk. Both have chiringuito beach bars for snacks and drinks during the day and evening. Playa la Rada has soft sand and shallow water, which is ideal for younger children. Located about 12 minutes walk along the sea front, you'll find the old town of Estepona with its quaint cobbled streets and pretty flower lined avenues. Head towards Plaza de las Flores for the centre of the old town and a refreshing ice cream at the Heladeria. Here you’ll also find the main shopping street of La Terraza, with its boutique shops. Also, have a look for Calle Real where you’ll find traditional tapas bars and excellent eateries. Whilst on the Terazza, carry on to see the Orchid glass house, built in 2014, a great place to pass a morning or afternoon. The apartment is located in easy day trips of some of the larger towns of Andalucia: Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Málaga. Don’t forget Gibraltar is only 40 minutes away too. The apartment is a short walk to a taxi rank and also the local bus stop. The Wednesday market is held about 10 minutes walk from the apartments – ideal for knick-knacks and fresh fruit and vedgetables. The Sunday market in the marina is great for souvenirs and gifts to take home for family and friends.
