VFT/MA/07740 The villa, situated on Marbella's San Pedro beach, contains four full bedrooms, all with bathrooms en suite and one smaller bedroom, also with bathroom en suite, which is ideal for a younger person. The kitchen is modern and contains all the necessary cooking materials, crockery, silverware and appliances. The comfortable sitting room and attached den features a fireplace, a shed ceiling with a skylight and a satellite television set. Four terraces provide sea and mountain views as well as the opportunity for dining al fresco and secluded sun bathing. The private, walled-in garden has a private pool (which can be heated if requested), a multitude of flowers, shrubs and trees, private parking and direct access to the beach, a mere 30 meters away, via a private 10 meter walkway from the back gate of the garden. The villa is fitted with a modern security system with the alarm directly connected to the local police. It also is equipped with internet(ADSL) WIFI for all of your important recreational, communication or commercial needs. San Pedro town centre, with its walking promenade and church square is a five-minute drive or, for those with a bit more energy, a twenty minute walk. The lively "jetset" village of Puerto Banus, with its active night life and impressive yacht harbor, is a mere three kilometers from the villa and the lovely city of Marbella, with its modern shops, quaint Old Town and impressive Paseo Maritimo (promenade) is an additional six kilometers away. Many restaurants are within an easy walk from the garden gate, some on the Paseo Maritimo and others, directly on the beach. Shopping plazas are nearby. The villa's location is perfect for going to the beach, a two minutes walk, the promenade along the beach to Puerto Banus, as well as a short walk to local stores. Water sports, including rentals, are available directly across from the back gate and golf courses abound in the area. Hiking in the mountains or strolling along the beach enable you to either exercise or to simply enjoy the sound of the rolling surf. There are numerous activities and places to visit either by walking or driving. Two-minute by foot from the villa takes you to a lovely restaurant/beach club which features an Olympic-sized salt water pool and beautiful grounds where you can reserve a recliner lounger for the beach clubs are just a minute walk from the back gate and both are lovely with wonderful food. A tennis/paddle/squash center can be reached by a fifteen minute walk. The Paseo Marítimo, containing many fine restaurants, small chiringuitos and a wide variety of exercising equipment is only a short stroll along the beach. The British enclave of Gibraltar is a forty-five minute drive. The Selwo Nature Park, a delight for the whole family, can be reached in ten minutes by car. The cities of Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Malaga, Ronda and quaint "white villages" such as Ojen and Istan, in the nearby mountains, provide most enjoyable one-day visits. For those whose bent is snow-related, the well-known ski village of Sierra Nevada is only a two-hour drive away. Both nine and eighteen hole private and public golf courses are reachable in less than a half-hour by car. Golf clubs and other necessary equipment for your game are available at many of them. Needless to say, whether by foot or by car, there is no lack of interesting places to see and/or to partake in the activities offered. To return to the villa, after a day of shopping, sight-seeing or engaging in other activities, and unwind with a dip in the pool or an afternoon drink on the solar deck, allows you to experience the secure serenity provided by this venue as well as to fully enjoy the sunny Costa del Sol in southern Spain's province of Andalucia. Garden and pool maintenance are included in the price.The final cleaning is 150 euros. Of course, we do expect that the villa be left in the same condition as it was when you arrived, with the exception of the bathroom towels and bed linens used. A mid-rental change of bed linens and towels, as well as refreshing the bathrooms and kitchen is included in the price for all two week rentals . Any rental more than 2 weeks, this cleaning/linen change will be done every week. Any additional requests for cleaning can be arranged before you depart for you holiday or with the property manager when you are greeted on arrival. An additional fee of 150 euros per week is charged if tenants wish to have the pool heated. The arrival time is after 5pm. and departure time before 11am. Some exceptions can be made, if possible, upon request.
