The house is in a perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shops and only a 10 minute drive to the old town of Marbella and a 15 minute drive to Puerto Banus. It is great for golf enthusiasts as it is very close to Santa Clara Golf and Rio Real Golf. In the surrounding area you can find restaurants well known by the locals for the quality of the food and good prices. These restaurants are Da Maria (Sergio and Maria), Siroko Beach, Luuma Beach Marbella. The nearest beaches for children and adults to enjoy are Playa Real de Zaragoza, Playa Las Chapas and Playa Alicate. The flat is on the first floor and built on one level. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and beautiful sea views and a fully fitted kitchen. The living room with direct access to the terrace has a 4 seater sofa with plenty of space to relax and a smart TV with possibility to put in your streaming platform account to watch your favourite movies and series. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for everyday life, such as: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware. Both bedrooms have double beds with a comfortable new mattress, fitted wardrobes to store all your luggage and air conditioning. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The terrace with beautiful sea views has a dining table, to enjoy evenings with family and friends. In the property you will have WIFI in all rooms, bed linen, bath towels and, for a small fee, we can provide you with beach towels. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. In the urbanization you can enjoy three spectacular swimming pools (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability) and two tennis courts.
