This urbanisation is always maintained to a high standard throughout and has a good feel to it for holiday makers. The apartment is south-west facing and the small balcony provides a great view of the beach and sea. The lounge is a good size and has a large comfortable sofa facing the 52 inch flat screen, on the small balcony there are amazing sea views with a dining area for four guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons and provides a nice dining area for six guests. There is also a family bathroom with shower accessed from this area. The en-suite master bedroom has a super king size bed with air conditioning while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The TV programmes are provided in a selection of languages plus extra English spoken programmes via a private satellite system including Sky and videos on demand along with a fibre optic internet connection. The communal swimming pool is located next to the sea and there is private access down to the sandy beaches from here. Secure parking in the community grounds is also available on a first come, first served basis. There is additional on-street parking about 100 meters from the apartment building. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment development of Veramar is built adjacent to Playa del Cristo, one of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast, just to the west of the port area. It is ideally situated for access to the town centre and the motorway heading to Gibraltar and Malaga. Estepona port is a ten minute walk and is home to numerous great bars and restaurants plus two large supermarkets. You can also hire boats from the port or enjoy walking around the Sunday morning craft market. The town centre is an enjoyable 20 minutes walk further along the seafront. Here you will find many shops in the main shopping street plus many more pretty Spanish bars and restaurants. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to base themselves somewhere with nice beaches with plenty of things to do whilst being able to go exploring more of the cost such as Puerto Banus, and Marbella old town or Gibraltar and Morocco. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk.
